extend-a-family featured in global heroes
Extend-A-Family and three of the young people who we are fortunate to work with, were featured in December's issue of Global Heroes. This was a fantastic opportunity to share stories of tremendous young people with the world and to challenge people to rethink their own assumptions about people with developmental disabilities. The article was featured in the Global Heroes section within the Globe and Mail and Toronto Star as well as the Global Heroes site. Please take a look!
